Technical Services
The Building Commission will develop technical standards and approval processes to safeguard the community and consumers. Technical services will include input to the Building Code of Australia and the proposed National Construction Code, development of Western Australian plumbing and complementary building standards, plumbing approvals and as-constructed drawings records.
